How to find information about your order
Delivery and collection time estimates You can find this in our Order Confirmation email. If the estimated date has not yet passed please do not contact us as our Customer Care team will be unable to help you.
Courier information and tracking links This is sent in our order Despatched email. This email is sent went orders leave our warehouse with the courier. Tracking links can only be provided where the courier can provide the service.
When orders are ready for collection When Collect from Store orders are ready to be collected we send an email to let you know and to remind you of the details of the store where your order is being held.

If you signed-up for an account with us you can track your order online within My Account. Sign-in and My Account links can be found at the very top of this page.
When to get in touch
If you cannot find the information you need and you think your order is late.
You haven't received an Order Confirmation email from us or any similar email relating to your order.
Can I cancel or change an order I have placed?
We have a small window (often a couple of hours) in which we can cancel an order, we cannot ever change an order other than to upgrade the delivery in certain circumstances.
How can I find out stock availability?
